How It Works & Safety
A clear process for passengers and drivers, and an honest look at what verification can and cannot guarantee.
For Passengers
Create and verify
Set up your profile with your WhatsApp number, ID or passport, a current selfie and emergency contact. Add Student Verified if it applies to you.
Search for a lift
Filter by departure zone, destination zone, date and time to see suitable planned journeys.
Request a seat
Review the route, contribution and driver information, then request the seat that suits you.
Confirm the details
Once the driver accepts, the exact collection point and contact method unlock so you can confirm the trip.
Travel, then review
Travel as planned, then rate the trip or report a concern if something felt wrong.
For Drivers
Complete driver verification
Submit your ID, a current selfie, licence plate, WhatsApp number, at least 3 vehicle photos, a police clearance certificate (issued within 6 months) and an emergency contact for review.
Post your journey
Add your route zones, date, time, seats and a contribution within the approved corridor range.
Review requests
See who has requested a seat, check their profile and accept or decline each request.
Confirm the journey
Agree on the collection point with accepted passengers ahead of departure.
Travel, then rate
Complete the trip, then rate your passengers or report a concern if needed.
Identity Verified — submitted identity information was checked.
Driver Verified — licence, vehicle, screening and declaration steps were approved.
Student Verified — current student status was checked separately, where claimed.
Meet in public
Prefer visible, well-lit collection points over exact home addresses where practical.
Share your trip
Send your route and driver/passenger details to someone you trust before you travel.
Check before you go
Confirm the person, vehicle and registration match what was shown to you.
Trust your judgment
If something feels wrong, it's fine to end or decline the trip.
